Ben brings a wealth of experience in the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry, having started his career in 2006 as an electrical apprentice in the installation of BMS projects, later migrating to service teams working on both the Melbourne University and Victoria University contracts. Over the years, he has taken on various roles, including service technician, project manager, sales account manager, after-sales support, business development, and leading teams of service technicians.   Ben is passionate about supporting clients throughout their journey, from initial sales discussions to project completion. He takes great satisfaction in delivering solutions that meet and often exceed client expectations.  Known for his approachable and down-to-earth nature, Ben is always just a phone call away, ready to help with any questions or challenges that arise. And while he may have come to the coffee game a little late, he’s certainly making up for lost time, turning every client interaction into a caffeine-fuelled catch-up.
